Office workers are mostly sitting at a desk and doing work in front of a computer all day. The problem with a lot of office jobs these days is that they require the use of a computer. The computer desk has become the home for many workers and people are like glued to their desks. This isn't healthy and I should be moving more than just my fingers and hands. So many people spend their day at the office in front of the desk. My simple method should be quite helpful to those that want to lose weight while working as well. All you need to do is to bounce on.
So how do we accomplish this weight loss at the desk. People need to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time and rarely sit up and take a break. To lose weight while working at a desk in a office sounds just absurd. I could sometimes sit down at a desk for over 2 hours just working away at the computer. I'm not saying that everyone is a culprit for sitting long hours in front of a desk, I'm just saying that some people are. |
