When I graduated in my undergraduate course, I worked in an academy for about two years. The office was kind of monotonous and grey. I was actually initially planning to finish my review of related literature for my thesis but then I was so excited with my desk that I changed my mind and started writing about furniture instead.
When I opened my laptop, the word office furniture caught my attention. The tables and chairs were so plain, without any character, a kind of office that the average worker dreams of escaping. Why is it so important to have this kind of thing in your workplace. I just arrived back from the shopping centre after buying a small desk which can hold all my office paperwork and allow me to work comfortably.

Well, my work place is not busy enough to be called an office but I can name several reasons why it is important to have this. Office furniture should actually say something about the person who is working with it.
